The online discount voucher codes must always be entered at checkout unless instructed otherwise. The best way to use the voucher codes is to cut and paste the discount voucher code into a document, when you get to the checkout on the merchant's site paste the code into the section that requires you to put a promotional code. This will ensure that your purchase is discounted.
