7.   We reserve the right to terminate any member's account who have inactive accounts for more than 12 months. Before terminating a member's account we will aim to contact you using the information which you have provided when you registered as a member. If we do not receive a response within 7 days the account will be terminated. Members will have the opportunity to re-register.
